NAR AL SHAWARMA — Restaurant QR Menu Management System

NAR AL SHAWARMA is a full-stack restaurant QR menu management system designed as a complete digital alternative to traditional printed menus. Customers can scan a QR code and instantly access a mobile-first menu without installing an application or creating an account. The menu supports Arabic and English with full RTL/LTR behavior, allowing customers to browse categories, view food imagery, descriptions, prices, and available items through a responsive interface. Behind the customer experience is a protected administration dashboard that gives restaurant managers direct control over the menu without modifying application code. Items and categories can be created, edited, reordered, hidden, or marked as unavailable, while restaurant information and menu settings can be managed from the same system. The platform also includes a local media library for managing food imagery, built-in QR code generation, privacy-conscious usage analytics, and transactional backup and restore functionality. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and SQLite, the project demonstrates an end-to-end full-stack architecture covering responsive frontend development, server-side data management, authentication, validation, local file management, localization, analytics, and administrative workflows.
